KPCC Track Carnival 2010 HAS BEEN CANCELLED

The decision has been made to cancel today’s track carnival due to the weather conditions.

To spread the message, it would be appreciated if members / riders pass this message on to those they know had entered the carnival that may not be able to access the internet at this stage.
